Welcome

Earlham is a very happy, caring and successful school where children achieve excellent  results.

We believe your children deserve the very best education, so that they can fulfil their potential and become confident and enthusiastic learners who are well equipped to succeed at secondary school and beyond. Earlham is a genuine learning community; our staff continually focus on how to improve teaching and learning, which ensures our high standards.

Whilst academic achievement matters, that’s only part of what we value at Earlham. We think of ourselves as a large, extended ‘family’, where all children and their parents and carers can find a place to belong. Our broad curriculum provides lots of experiences and opportunities both in class and beyond to enrich learning and enable children to develop the skills and confidence they need to be successful in every aspect of their lives.

We hope that our website gives you a flavour of life at Earlham. You are very welcome to visit us to find out more.

Letter from Sec of State

Good news from Ofsted

Earlham Primary School was inspected on the 10th and 11th of December 2019. We are pleased to share that our report has now been published, and states:

‘Earlham Primary School continues to be a good school. There is enough evidence of improved performance to suggest that the school could be judged outstanding if we were to carry out a section 5 inspection now.’

This is a huge achievement for the school and the community and a clear recognition that the hard work of all members of the school community continues to impact positively on the lives of all Earlham children. We are expecting to be re-inspected at some point during the next academic year and are very optimistic that we will be judged to be officially outstanding when that happens.
